Welcome to Holistic Horizons. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and events. By booking a session, attending an event, or using our website, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before participating in any offerings provided by Holistic Horizons.

1. General Information

Holistic Horizons offers holistic wellness experiences including coaching, breathwork, movement, HeartMath, dance, cacao ceremonies, and related wellness services. All content, events, and sessions are designed for personal growth and well-being — not as a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

2. Client Responsibility

By participating, you affirm that:

  • You are in good physical and mental health to engage in breathwork, movement, or related activities.

  • You will communicate any relevant medical conditions, medications, or sensitivities before participating.

  • You take full responsibility for your well-being, choices, and experiences during and after sessions.

Holistic Horizons is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in services, events, or use of materials provided.

3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full payment or deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for private sessions and 48 hours in advance for group events.

  • Cancellations made outside of these windows may result in forfeiture of payment, as outlined in our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

  • Payments for workshops, retreats, and ceremonies are non-refundable, but may be transferable with prior approval.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our facilitators are not medical doctors or licensed therapists (unless otherwise stated).
The practices we offer — including breathwork, somatic movement, and energy-based techniques — may bring up emotional or physical sensations. Participation is voluntary, and you may pause or stop at any time.
If you have medical concerns, consult your healthcare provider before participating.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy. All personal and health-related information shared is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may occasionally use group photos or media from events for promotional purposes, but will always seek verbal consent and honor any requests not to be photographed.

6. Website & Intellectual Property

All content on the Holistic Horizons website — including text, graphics, images, videos, and logos — is the property of Holistic Horizons and protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without written permission.
Our website may contain links to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating in any session, class, or event, you acknowledge and agree that Holistic Horizons and its facilitators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation or reliance on information provided.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holistic Horizons, its owners, and affiliates from any claims related to your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in Idaho courts.
