Holistic Horizons – Booking Policy

At Holistic Horizons, each session, ceremony, and class is created with care and intention. To honor your time, our time, and the energy invested in each experience, please review the following booking, rescheduling, and refund policy before confirming your session.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All sessions and events require full payment or a deposit at the time of booking to reserve your space.
Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all session details.
Please arrive on time and in a grounded state so we can begin promptly and fully honor your experience.

2. Cancellations

Private Sessions: You may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
Workshops, Circles, or Ceremonies: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance may be refunded or credited toward another event.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours (for sessions) or within 48 hours (for events), a 50% fee will be applied.
No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations: Will be charged 100% of the session or event fee and are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session once without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
Additional reschedules or last-minute requests may incur a $25 rebooking fee.
If you need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or severe weather, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only for cancellations made within the policy windows noted above.
Refunds are not available once a session, event, or ceremony has begun.
For group events, tickets are transferable to another participant but non-refundable within 48 hours of the event.
In the rare event Holistic Horizons must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future date.

5. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to honor the experience. Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect other clients’ bookings.
Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may be considered a missed session and are non-refundable.

6. Retreats & Special Events

Retreats and multi-day programs may have separate cancellation timelines based on location and venue contracts. These details will be provided during registration.
Deposits for retreats are non-refundable but may be transferable upon approval.

7. Compassion Clause

We understand that life can bring unexpected changes. If a true emergency arises (e.g., sudden illness, family emergency, or weather-related issue), please reach out directly. We will review on a case-by-case basis with empathy and fairness.

8. Agreement

By booking a session, class, or event with Holistic Horizons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy.
