Service Description
Your healing journey deserves clarity, safety, and the right guide. This free 45-minute consultation gives new clients an opportunity to connect with me, learn more about my holistic coaching approach, and explore whether we’re a good fit. During our time together, we will: ✨ Talk about what you’re seeking support with — whether it’s stress, emotional regulation, burnout, trauma recovery, somatic reconnection, or deepening your spiritual/wellness practices. ✨ Explore the modalities I offer, including Breathwork, Heart-Aligned Living, Meditation, Somatic Movement, Ecstatic Dance, and Cacao Circles. ✨ Discuss what sessions look like, what to expect, and how my integrative mind-body approach supports transformation. ✨ Answer any questions you have, from logistics to comfort levels to goals. ✨ Clarify whether we feel aligned working together, with no pressure and no sales energy. This call is warm, grounded, and collaborative — simply a chance for you to feel into the work, sense into your body, and see if this is the support you’re looking for. Whether you choose to move forward or not, you’ll leave the call with more clarity and a better understanding of your next steps.
Cancellation Policy
🌿 Holistic Horizons – Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Holistic Horizons for your wellness journey. Each session is created with care and intention to support your healing, growth, and expansion. To honor both your time and ours, please review our booking and cancellation policy below. Booking Confirmation Your session is confirmed once payment has been received or a deposit has been made. You will receive a confirmation email with session details and location. Please arrive on time and in a grounded, present state so we can begin promptly. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% session fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the session fee. You may reschedule one time without penalty if you notify us within the 24-hour window. Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect other clients’ bookings. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate the remaining time, but full payment is still required. Refunds Payments are non-refundable once the session begins. In the event of facilitator illness, emergency, or inclement weather, sessions will be rescheduled or refunded in full. Ceremonies, Workshops & Events Group event bookings (such as breathwork, cacao, or dance circles) require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation. Tickets are transferable but non-refundable within 48 hours of the event. Respectful Space We ask that all participants come with an open heart and clear intention. Please refrain from substance use before sessions, and inform your facilitator of any health concerns, medications, or sensitivities. ✨ By booking a session, you agree to the terms above and enter into a shared commitment of mutual respect, presence, and accountability.
